Participants will gain practical insights from schools with well-established planning processes, highlighting how strategic priorities are translated into meaningful actions that drive continuous improvement.
The webinar will also demonstrate how schools can effectively communicate their strategic and action plans with staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring that everyone understands the school’s priorities, the actions being taken, and the progress being made.
