WHAT INSPIRED YOUR NOMINATION?
The inspiration came from an internal motivation to learn and assess our level based on the standards set by ICA. By knowing our level, we can reflect on what needs improvement and evaluate our performance in the education world.
WHAT DOES BEING AN ICA EDUCATOR MEAN TO YOU?
Being an ICA educator, for me, means being a good role model for my students and being a creative and adaptable educator. It also means contributing knowledge, skills, and understanding to the surrounding community and being a valuable member of the internal team.

WHAT DOES BEING AN ICA EDUCATOR MEAN TO YOU?
Being an ICA educator means putting children at the heart of everything we do. It is about creating meaningful opportunities for them to grow, explore the world around them, and be prepared for the future.
