How do I register?

Registration will open on April, 10. Keep an eye on the ICC23 webpage for the announcement and booking link. Booking is through Eventbrite – you will need a credit card for booking.

Can I pay by invoice (I don’t have a credit card)?

I registered my interest for the conference, what do I do next?

As you have registered interest in the event, you will be given access to registration 48 hours before we open to the public – there are a limited number of Early Bird tickets at a discounted rate so book quickly!

What is included in the ticket price?

Your conference registration includes entry to all conference events including the Pre-Conference Day and evening socials. Lunches and refreshments will be also be included

What happens if I register and then can’t attend?

Cancellations must be received in writing by September 30, 2023. No refunds will be available for cancellations made after this date.  You can change or cancel your registration in writing to: [email protected]

Can a colleague take my place at the conference?

If you are unable to attend the conference, a colleague can take your place. Please let us know in writing at least 48 hours in advance: [email protected]

Who should I contact if I have registered, but need to make changes?

Please contact [email protected]. 

Do I need to pre-book my sessions?

Not at the time of booking. We may contact you nearer to the conference dates to see what your preferences would be.

Can I reserve a place?

No. Bookings need to be made to ensure a place.

I have submitted a proposal to present at the conference, should I register for the conference?

Successful proposals will be accepted by 12th June 2023.  If you would like to book before this date to ensure a place or to make sure you get the Early Bird discount rate, please book a place. If your proposal is accepted we can request a refund on your behalf.
